Ely's Pastries was created in 2017, we are a Venezuelan family that immigrated to the United States since 2014, we felt the need to create this business when we observed the lack of authentic homemade desserts, without preservatives, fresh and flavored, making us feel in the consumer's palate a unique sensation, elevating their spirits in a joyful way, enjoying moments of pleasure with the flavors of the special Venezuelan recipes from Pastelería Ely's.
